Earth is the element of stability and structure. It anchors our experiences in the body, allowing us to metabolize emotions and integrate change from the ground up.
At Haven, we understand that true healing involves the body. Somatic therapy invites you to safely return to your physical self and its wisdom—gently exploring sensation, breath, and movement as tools for transformation.
Our work together offers simple somatic tools that invite you to reconnect with + befriend your body at your own pace. Through guided embodiment practices, you’ll learn how to be with difficult sensations with compassion and curiosity.
