Let's Connect
Every journey begins with a reaching.
There is a quiet courage in asking for support.
Sometimes it arrives as a whisper — I can’t keep doing this alone.
Sometimes it feels like exhaustion. Or grief. Or anxiety that will not settle.
Sometimes it is simply a longing for something more aligned, more whole, more true.
Whatever brings you here, this page is an invitation.
Whether you are seeking therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina, among the rhythms of city life; in Floyd, Virginia, surrounded by the steady presence of the Blue Ridge Mountains, or virtually across Washington D.C., Colorado, and Florida, this is where we begin.
Reaching out is a threshold.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. You may not know exactly what you need yet. You may only know that something feels misaligned. That anxiety, grief, emotional numbness, or transition has shifted the ground beneath you.
You do not need the perfect words.
You do not need a fully formed story.
You only need a willingness to reach.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand that even sending an inquiry can activate uncertainty. My role is not to pressure or diagnose from a distance. It is to meet you with steadiness, clarity, and respect for your pacing.
Your Next Step
Below, you’ll find the inquiry form.
There is no perfect introduction. There is only the willingness to begin.
If you are ready to explore therapy in Charlotte, NC, Floyd, VA, or online, I look forward to hearing from you.
Healing rarely begins with certainty. It begins with connection. And the connection begins here.
What Happens After You Submit the Form?
Once you complete the inquiry form below, you can expect:
-
A thoughtful email response within 1–2 business days
-
An invitation to schedule a brief consultation call
-
Space to ask questions about the process
-
A chance to sense whether this feels like the right fit
The consultation is not therapy itself, but a gentle introduction. A place to share what’s bringing you in and explore how we might work together.
If you are looking specifically for therapy for grief and loss, support navigating anxiety, or deeper relational healing, we can discuss what that may look like in our work together.
Clarity begins with a conversation.
Who I Work With
Haven primarily serves women navigating:
-
Anxiety and chronic stress
-
Grief and life transitions
-
Relationship shifts and identity changes
-
Emotional numbness or disconnection
-
Trauma recovery
-
Longing for deeper meaning and alignment
Some clients are seeking structured support, such as nervous system therapy to help regulate anxiety and overwhelm. Others feel drawn toward symbolic exploration, depth work, or inner child work to reconnect with earlier parts of themselves.
You do not need to choose a modality before reaching out. Our work unfolds collaboratively.

In-Person & Online Therapy Options
I offer therapy in two locations:
Charlotte, NC – Serving women across North Carolina
Floyd, VA – Serving clients in Virginia and surrounding areas
Online therapy is also available for clients in Colorado, Florida, Washington D.C., North Carolina, and Virginia.
Whether we meet in a therapy room or a Zoom room, the intention remains the same: to create a grounded, confidential, relational space where your healing can unfold in a safe, organic way.
What Our Work May Include
If we choose to move forward, sessions are 53 minutes and may integrate:
-
Nervous system therapy to support regulation and embodied safety
-
Gentle embodiment practices to reconnect with your body’s wisdom
-
Reflective dialogue and insight-oriented exploration
-
Inner child work for relational repair
-
Symbolic and depth-oriented processing
-
Practical tools for integration between sessions
Every therapeutic relationship is unique. Some sessions are grounding and body-centered. Others are emotionally expressive or insight-driven. Many are a weaving of all three.
You are not expected to arrive ready. You are simply invited to arrive.
A Note on Readiness
You may wonder:
-
Am I “bad enough” for therapy?
-
Shouldn’t I be able to handle this myself?
-
What if I don’t know what to say?
Therapy is not reserved for crisis alone. It is a space for intentional self-development, relational repair, and deeper integration.
If you are feeling disconnected from yourself…
If grief feels heavy or unresolved…
If anxiety keeps your nervous system on high alert…
If something in you is quietly asking for attention…
That is enough.
Investment & Logistics
Sessions are $155 each.
At this time, Haven operates as a private-pay practice. If you are interested in learning about sliding scale availability or referrals, you are welcome to inquire.
